A lively mosaic of handpicked wild greens that takes you on a journey through nature's untamed flavors This dish features a blend of seasonal wild greens from our organic farm in Tabanan, most notably featuring Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) which is well know for enhancing mental function and purslane (Portulaca oleracea) which is actually one of the few plant sources that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
